Imagine relaxing in the vineyard at sunset, sipping a glass of fine Hunter red and listening to the soaring voices of some of the world's greatest singers... This popular annual event is staged under the stars with full orchestra, by the banks of the Hunter River. Join us as we celebrate great food, fine wine, and of course the exhileration of opera set amid the beautiful surounds of Hunter Valley vineyards. The date for 2013 is Saturday 19 October.
